Wharf Apartments

Wharf Apartments is  gorgeously located directly behind the 5-star hotel "The Langham", so to us, Wharf is our 'baby langham'. The building is partly owner occupied and partly a destination for holiday makers. Residents enjoy a great outdoor pool and cute pickle ball court. The building management team at this building is highly dedicated.

The Body Corporate Committee is responsive and sensible and able to quickly deal with capital projects and lot owner applications.
