Burleigh on the Beach is an adorable scheme with the beach at the end of the block. Heated common pool, spa and gym. Partly owner-occupied and partly beach resort managed by onsite building management, this community is has recently passed a smoking prohibition by-law, thereby promoting its healthy fun beach vibe.
